Kauhale Makai, also known as Village by the Sea, is centrally located in Kihei, Maui directly on the ocean.  This resort is on the beach; the ocean is just steps away.  This is a great location to enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The oceanfront condominium complex has central air conditioning, elevators and an assigned parking space for your convenience.

    Our one bedroom condominium, #430, is on the fourth floor facing the ocean.  The entire suite has panoramic Maui ocean views.  The lanai extends from the living room to the bedroom with two large sliding doors opening to unobstructed ocean views.  The condominium has tile flooring throughout and granite counters. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances.  The living room has a 32" flat screen TV and the bedroom has a new TV both with DVD players.  We have free wireless password protected internet access as well as free long distance to the continental US and Canada.  Our unit will sleep two. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed. 
    Kauhale Makai has a fully staffed front office and activity consultant.  The oceanfront complex is 20 minutes from the airport, steps from the beach, 5 minutes to other beaches, 10 minutes from Wailea, and 20 minutes from Lahaina.  The central Maui location makes most activities; golf, diving, snorkeling, dining and shopping, a short distance away.
